The Matsuhisa restaurant, located at the Belvedere Mykonos hotel, on May 19 will open its kitchen for the 15th consecutive year.
The restaurant, recently honored with a Golden Toque award, is inviting all to discover the fusion flavors of worldwide acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa, around the cosmopolitan ambience of the Belvedere Hotel pool.
Matsuhisa’s kitchen this year will be run by the restaurant’s executive chef Panagiotis Tziourtzioumis.
Born and raised in Saitama, Japan, Nobu Masuhisa has introduced the concept of a “New Style Japanese cuisine”, which incorporates elements of international cuisines. His “Nobu” and “Matsuhisa” restaurants are spread across five continents.
A member of the Leading Hotels of World, the five-star Belvedere hotel is located in the heart of Mykonos.
