Aqua Vista Hotels Tours the US, Promotes Portfolio to American Travel Professionals

Aqua Vista Hotels recently visited three cities in the United States and presented its portfolio of hotels to American travel agents, travel consultants and wholesalers and other industry professionals, as well as its core philosophy of authentic Greek hospitality.

During May 7-9, the Greek hotel management company traveled to New York, Boston and Washington as a participant in the 1st Greek Panorama B2B Roadshow, organized by North Events and Hellas North American Events.

This is the second time Aqua Vista Hotels participates in a Greek Panorama B2B event, following its successful participation in last year’s Greek Panorama in New York.

This year’s roadshow included B2B meetings between Greek tourism enterprises and US travel agents, held with the cooperation of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

“The opportunity for Americans to meet with Greek businesses and learn about the range of beautiful destinations in Greece have succeeded in creating new relationships that we believe will have great success in the near future,” ASTA Business Development Vice President Robert Duglin said.

Within the framework of the roadshow, the executives of Aqua Vista Hotels attended over 26 pre-booked B2B meetings and another 40 initiated by the team on location.

According to Aqua Vista Hotels, the company’s range of properties and strong dedication to luxury travel experiences that include traditional hospitality, attracted the interest of the American audience.

“After our strong presence at the first Greek Panorama in New York in 2017, where we were given the chance to establish new collaborations across the Atlantic, Aqua Vista Hotels was eager to return to the US for this year’s event,” said the company’s Business Development Manager, Sophia Matzourani.

Aqua Vista Hotels member properties are located in some of the most popular destinations in Greece, including Santorini, MykonosNaxos, ParosLesvos and Skiathos.

“The B2B roadshow has been a great opportunity for us to cement new partnerships across the Atlantic on behalf of our group members, as well as strengthen the ones we already have,” Mantzourani added.

The 1st Greek Panorama B2B Roadshow was held under the auspices of the Greek Embassy in Washington, the Greek Tourism Ministry, the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), the  Federation of Hellenic Associations of Travel & Tourist Agencies (FedHATTA), the Hellenic Hoteliers Federation and the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
