A member of the Leading Hotels of the World, the hotel underwent a complete renovation under the highest international standards.

A new era also begins for the Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project restaurant, which opens the season with a redesigned menu by executive chef Ntinos Fotinakis, offering a journey of flavors through the authenticity and simplicity of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
“The spacious suites of Bill & Coo, the peaceful lounge next to the pool and the breathtaking view create a scenery for the perfect escape, just a few steps away from the cosmopolitan ‘chora’ (town) of Mykonos,” the announcement said.
The property’s “Bill and Coo Coast Suites” and “Beefbar on the Coast” will open their doors in May to welcome summer holidaymakers.
