Air Transat to Serve ‘Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina’ for Third Season
Air Transat has announced the new summer edition of the “Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina”, which will be available on its flights as of May 1.
Curated by award-winning chef Daniel Vézina, the “Chef’s Menu” will be served for the third season on Air Transat flights and includes favorite dishes and new meals featuring local ingredients, wild blueberries and smoked meat, as well two breakfast choices.
“The addition of Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina on Air Transat flights has had quite a positive influence on our clientele’s satisfaction and on the quality of their on-board experience, particularly for our Club Class passengers,” said Jean-François Lemay, president and general manager of Air Transat.
The Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina also includes two vegetarian choices and is offered free of charge to all Club Class passengers, while it is available for purchase in Economy Class. The new meals can already be pre-ordered.
Chef Daniel Vézina has been at the heart of the Quebec culinary scene for more than 35 years. “Throughout my career, I’ve always loved promoting local products, and that’s what I continue doing today; I highlight products from regions that are close to my heart,” Vézina said.
