The keynote speaker at both seminars will be Alain Najar, EHL alumni, who has travelled around the world (Kuwait, Dubai, Madagascar, Syria, Egypt) for 13 years and worked for major international hotel chains, including the Hilton, Sheraton and Accor. His area of expertise includes food & beverage management, cost control, quality management, quality and service design and customer experience.

SETE Training will also hold a seminar that will focus on “Maximizing Revenue and Managing Distribution” and take place in Athens from February 27 to March 2. Participants will be informed on topics such as pricing strategies and hotel distribution strategies.
