Low-cost carrier Ryanair has appointed Nikolaos Lardis as its new sales and marketing manager for the Eastern Mediterranean.
Having worked in the hospitality sector for more than seven years, Nikolaos will be heading the carrier’s sales and marketing team in Greece and in six more countries including Cyprus, Malta and Israel.
“Long-term relationships based on trust are the key to success and I am looking forward to our cooperation with all the airports and the parties involved, in order to achieve further growth in the Eastern Mediterranean markets,” Nikolaos said in an announcement.
During the last years, Nikolaos has worked for leading travel and tourism companies, including Airbnb in Ireland and Booking.com.
“His valuable knowledge and experience will enable us to continue improving the passenger experience and increasing our passenger traffic, and routes… with more than 129 million passengers expected to travel with Ryanair this year,” said the company’s senior sales and marketing manager Chiara Ravara.
