Costa Navarino, located in Messinia in the Peloponnese, has added a number of new prestigious awards to its collection for its commitment to sustainable development and its high-quality hospitality infrastructure.
More specifically, the Navarino Residences, Costa Navarino’s luxury villas for sale, have been named “Best International Residential Development” at the recent 26th annual International Property Awards 2017.
The awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the global property and real estate industry. The jury consists of an independent panel of 70 experts and the evaluation process focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and the commitment to sustainability. The award ceremony was recently held at the Savoy Hotel in London.
“This award marks the perfect culmination of a successful year, which saw nearly half of the project’s initial phase already sold,” said Stephanos Theodorides, vice chairman and managing director of TEMES, the developer of Costa Navarino.
The prestigious accolade follows Navarino Residences’s European distinction as “Best Residential Development Greece”.
“Navarino Residences offer much more than a residential proposition. They are a way of life, and this is embraced by the villa owners who have decided to create their home in this exquisite location, becoming part of the Costa Navarino community,” Theodorides added.
Additional accolades for Costa Navarino’s resorts
The resorts of Costa Navarino have also won a number of distinctions this year. The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort was recently crowned “Green Hotel of the Year” at the European Hospitality Awards 2017.
Additionally, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino ranked first in Europe as a “Luxury Spa Hotel” and first in Greece as a “Luxury Wellness Hotel”.
