Celestyal Cruises Increases 2019 Port Calls

Aiming to bring its passengers to the best of the Aegean islands, Celestyal Cruises recently announced its 2019 itineraries, which include more port calls compared to the 2018 schedule.

Celestyal Cruises, logo“We’ve planned these itineraries to include some of the region’s iconic places alongside some of lesser-known destinations,” said Celestyal Cruises CEO Kerry Anastassiadis. “Based on the positive response we have received to the recently-introduced extension of our 2018 Aegean cruise season and the growing demand for the Celestyal Cruises experience, we will increase the number of calls of our ‘Iconic Cruises’ by nine percent in 2019 compared to 2018,” he added.

All cruises will depart from and return to Piraeus.

More specifically, the three- and four-day Iconic Aegean Cruises feature five and six Aegean harbors respectively: the three-day calls at Mykonos, Samos or Kusadasi, Patmos, Heraklion (Crete) and Santorini; the four-day calls at Mykonos, Samos or Kusadasi, Patmos, Rhodes, Heraklion and Santorini.

Both itineraries include a full evening on Mykonos and a full evening on Santorini, while the four-day includes an entire day on Rhodes.

The three-day Iconic Aegean Cruises set sail on March 15, 2019, with the final cruise of the season on November 15, 2019; the four-day Iconic Aegean Cruises set sail on March 18, 2019, with the final cruise of the season on November 11, 2019.

The 2019 Idyllic Aegean Cruise calls at Mykonos, Milos, Samos or Kusadasi, Heraklion and Santorini. This is the perfect cruise for those who wish to experience the glamorous nightlife of Mykonos and Santorini, as it includes an overnight on each island. This itinerary also includes an entire afternoon on Milos and a day on Crete.

The first seven-day Idyllic Aegean Cruise of 2019 embarks on April 15 and the last cruise sails on October 28, 2019.
