The 100% Hotel Show, the Greek exhibition addressed especially to hoteliers, recently launched its new website, www.hotelshow.gr, which provides visitors and exhibitors with useful information on its activities and scheduled events.
“One of the most important factors in a contemporary exhibition’s success, is the direct communication between visitors and exhibitors,” the organizers said in an announcement. 100% Hotel Show has created a unique communication platform between visitors and exhibitors, which also constitutes a useful “plan your visit” tool.
One of the highlights of the new website is the user-friendly appointment scheduling system, which enhances networking possibilities by sending meeting requests with a single click and automatically creating an appointment calendar.
Meanwhile, exhibitors can create their own profile page, which may include a photo gallery, a corporate video and information on their services and staff.
Also useful for visitors is the fact that they can also create a “favorite” list of exhibitors and send appointment requests. They can download their entrance badge and their personal ticket for the Hotelier Workshops.
Furthermore, with the special “exhibitors match” tool the website creates a personalized list of exhibitors, that visitors should definitely consider visiting, based on their profile and preferences.
Additionally, the 100% Hotel Show has created a tourism Blog, which includes the latest news and updates and provides hoteliers with information on the tourism industry.
The 100% Hotel Show 2017 will take place on November 17-20 at the MEC exhibition center in Athens.
