Innovative ideas and new gastronomy techniques will “dominate” the stage of the Xenia Gastronomy Summit, which will be held as part of the Xenia 2017 Hospitality Exhibition between November 25-27 at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens.

The Gastronomy Summit will include high-quality live demonstrations of all the new gastronomy techniques applied in the hospitality industry today (hotels and hotel restaurants), in cooking and confectionery. Among the participants will be distinguished chefs and pastry chefs from Greece and abroad, while the presentations will be addressed to executive chefs, pastry chefs, hotel managers and F&B managers from Greece’s tourism industry.

The event aims at informing professionals on the latest developments in gastronomy applied to hotels, including cooking and pastry techniques and the presentation of hotel buffets for resorts and city hotels, the organizer Forum SA said in an announcement. It also aims at helping them acquire further knowledge on how to upgrade their products and services, thus attract a demanding group of tourists, interested in gastronomy.

The Gastronomy Summit is the result of a collaboration between Xenia exhibition and Gastronomy Essentials.
