President Hotel is looking for a dynamic leader to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and who can maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.


  • Responsible for all the F&B operations which includes all culinary restaurant beverage and room service operations
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen on menus and works with sales to create enticements that capture both in-house guests and local market
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues and average checks
  • Prepare operating budgets, monitor budgetary compliance and take appropriate action on budget variance items
  • Comply with all corporate accounting procedures
  • Set service expectations for all guests and ensures excellent levels customer service
  • Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Understand the brand’s service culture
  • Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Ensure that all employees, team leaders and managers understand the brand’s service culture
  • Respond quickly and proactively to employee’s concerns
  • Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective
  • Provide proactive coaching and counseling to team members
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the F&B operation to achieve a profitable result

  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
  • Effective time management, organizational skills and schedule flexibility required.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example
  • Associate and/or Bachelor Degree preferred, years of experience considered
