Greek Universities, Paris I–Panthéon Sorbonne Offer Master’s in Tourism
The Harokopio University and the University of the Aegean are joining forces with Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University in France for the launch of an international Master’s program focusing on “Sustainable Tourism Development: Cultural Heritage, Environment, Society”.
The course is full-time (12 months) and consists of two semesters. Theory, seminars and lectures will cover a wide range of issues on tourism management and cultural heritage. The program will also include practical training and a diploma thesis. The Master’s professors come from all three Universities. All courses will be held in English at the Harokopio University in Athens.
A total of 60 postgraduate students will be able to attend the program, which aims to provide them with qualifications and skills related to sustainable tourism development and the interpretation and management of cultural heritage.

The MSc program is co-organized by the departments of Home Economics and Ecology, Geography, Informatics and Telematics of the Harokopio University, the department of Business Administration of the Aegean University and the “Institute de Researche et d’ Études Supérieures du Tourisme” of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University.
