Mouzenidis Holds First Art Auction at Enigma Mall
Mouzenidis Group recently completed its first auction of artwork at the indoor multipurpose hall of the newly established Enigma Mall in Halkidiki, northern Greece, in collaboration with Myrò Antiques House.
The event featured the auction of 140 objects and attracted more than 200 art dealers and collectors. Among the items up for auction were marble and bronze sculptures of contemporary Greek artists, artifacts of the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries and selected antiques.
Mouzenidis Group’s CSP Cargo company, which offers specialized air and ground transport services as well as aircraft rental services, was present at the event with its own stand.
The Enigma Mall opened its doors recently in the area of Nea Moudania in Halkidiki. It includes 37 shops, a restaurant/café, a playground and a parking lot among other facilities. A collection of sculptures by renowned Greek and foreign artists is on display at the Mall’s public spaces, which visitors can admire and even purchase.
“Our ambition is for the Enigma Mall to offer an innovative tourist product to the visitors of Halkidiki,” said the Mall’s director Tassos Bozidis. “We believe our collaboration with the Myrò Group of Culture will serve as an art vanguard in the future,” he added.
Mouzenidis Group is planning to host additional auctions of artwork during the summer.
