Travel Massive Athens: More Tourism Networking Events Coming Up in Greek Capital

Greek travel and hospitality professionals, travel agents, travel journalists, bloggers and photographers networked and shared ideas at the Travel Massive Athens May Meet Up event that took place last week in the Greek capital.

Held on May 31 at the ETOILE by Les Chefs culinary and hotel studies school in Athens, old and new members of the Athens chapter of Travel Massive exchanged views on tourism issues and discussed future actions of Travel Massive Athens while enjoying an amazing view of the Acropolis, along with Greek wine and dishes prepared by the students of the ETOILE school.

“Travel Massive Athens has a special dynamic and can play an important role in the concerted effort started by the chapters of Athens, Northern Greece and Crete, to launch joint initiatives and actions that aim towards the targeted promotion of the Greek tourism product abroad,” Maria Athanasopoulou, one of the three chapter leaders of Travel Massive Athens, told the Greek Travel Pages (GTP).

Athanasopoulou added that Travel Massive Athens could assist with the networking of the people of Greek tourism with members of Travel Massive from all over the world.

“In this context, the next events of Travel Massive Athens will be organized from autumn onwards,” she said.

Travel Massive is a network of locally organized communities of travel industry insiders who care about making travel better. Events are held all around the world to bring together travel & tourism companies, travel bloggers, startups, and travel media to connect and share globally.
