Thessaloniki’s Olympus Naoussa, the Ilios Group in Agia Marina, the Preveza Beach in Epirus, the Kipriotis Resort and Lakitira Hotel on Kos – all with beach access and conference facilities – will be put up for sale in hopes of attracting investors.

The said hotels have come under Eurobank’s ownership following inability of their owners to continue operations. The 260-room Olympus Naoussa – particularly renowned for its gastronomy – has been priced at 5.5 million euros. The 400-room, five-pool Ilios Group meanwhile is an incomplete tourist resort with individual villas along the Athens-Sounio highway.

On the island of Kos, the Lakitira Resort and Village, the 5-star boutique Lakitira Suites and the Helona Resort will also be put up for sale.

Meanwhile, Eurobank also announced this week the sale of the 5-star King George Hotel in Athens, and invited interested parties to submit their bids by noon Monday, June 12.
