Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, will once again support “Navarino Challenge” as its official airline partner and offer special fares to passengers traveling from all over the world to Greece to participate in the sports tourism event. “Navarino Challenge” will take place between October 13-15 in Messinia and Costa Navarino.

Taking place for the fourth year, “Navarino Challenge” recently received international promotion in New York through its participation in the 1st Greek Panorama exhibition, which promoted Greece to the US market. The exhibition at the most central station in Manhattan, the Grand Central terminal, attracted thousands of New Yorkers, as well as tourists from around the world.
“Navarino Challenge” participated in the expo through its own stand and with the presence of Greek American ultramarathon runner Konstantinos (Dean) Karnazes, who represented and promoted the destination of Messinia.
The event was also attended by Gold Olympic Medalist and World Champion in women’s wrestling, Greek-American Helen Maroulis; Greek-American former NFL player and twice Super Bowl finalist Niko Koutouvides; and the three times European champion with Panathinaikos, veteran basketball player and assistant coach for the Charlotte Hornets, Mike Batiste.
Organized by Active Media, “Navarino Challenge” will take place for another year with the support of Costa Navarino and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino as well as the Municipalities of Pylos-Nestor and Trifilia.
