Mouzenidis Group recently inaugurated the Enigma Mall, a shopping center located in the area of Nea Moudania in Halkidiki, northern Greece.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held by the Governor of Central Macedonia, Apostolos Tzitzikostas and Boris Mouzenidis, President of Mouzenidis Group, in the presence of over 1,000 guests, among them local government officials, foreign diplomats, entrepreneurs, tourism representatives and the media.

“Enigma Mall is a state-of-the-art facility, which combines trade and art in an innovative way,” said Governor Tzitzikostas, adding that Boris Mouzenidis is known for promoting the region’s tourism product, investing in Greece and supporting the local community by creating jobs.

One of the biggest commercial investments made this year in Halkidiki, the Enigma Mall includes 37 shops and employees 200 people. It also features an indoor multipurpose hall, a currency exchange desk, a restaurant/café, a playground and a parking lot. A collection of sculptures by renowned Greek and foreign artists is on display at the Enigma Mall’s public spaces, following a collaboration of Mouzenidis Group with art and auction firm, Myrò Antiques House.

Celebrations of the Enigma Mall’s ribbon-cutting ceremony included a concert and fireworks, that illuminated Halkidiki’s night sky.
