‘Concierge Club by Mideast’ Receives Gold Tourism Award

Mideast was honored for its VIP & Luxury Services at the Tourism Awards 2017 held recently in Athens. The Greek travel agency scooped the gold Tourism Award in the “Guest Experience” category for its “Concierge Club by Mideast” brand, a unique combination of hospitality and luxury, custom-made services for travelers.

With over 30 years in the industry, Mideast launched the “Concierge Club by Mideast” brand in 2015, aiming to provide travelers with a variety of concierge services that were not available at the time. These include the rental of villas, limousines, yachts and private jets, seat reservations at unique global events, security services and exclusive shopping services with a personal stylist. With elements from Greece and the East, this innovative service was welcomed by Mideast’s customers, the majority of which are Arab and Russian speaking.
