Alitalia: New Non-stop Daily Athens-Tel Aviv Flight

Alitalia will launch a new daily non-stop service between Athens and Tel Aviv in May, responding to growing demand.

“In 2016 the air traffic between the two countries grew by almost 10 percent compared to the previous year”, the airline said in an announcement.

The first flight from Tel Aviv will take off on May 1 and the first flight from Athens will take off on May 2. The new service will be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft configured with two travel classes, Business and Economy.

Flights will depart from Athens at 07.30 am and will arrive in Tel Aviv at 09.25 am local time. The return flight from Tel Aviv will take off at 07.45 pm and will arrive in Athens at 09.55 pm, local time.

Tickets can be bought on-line at www.alitalia.com, via the airline’s reservations centre on +30 210.99.88.888, at travel agencies or at Alitalia’s ticket offices at the airports. Members of the Alitalia’s MilleMiglia loyalty programme can earn and redeem miles on the whole airline’s routes and members can use their miles to cover all or a part of the ticket price, without limits on the number of seats available.
