Air France to Increase Capacity on Paris – Cape Town Route

To meet the strong market demand, Air France will serve Cape Town throughout the summer 2017 season from Paris-Charles de Gaulle with three weekly flights operated by Airbus A330 (208 seats) and Boeing 777 (312 seats) equipped with the latest travel cabins in Business, Premium Economy and Economy.

This new flight offer follows on from the three weekly flights operated over the winter 2016-2017 season by Boeing 777 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Flight schedule for the 2017 summer season (in local time) from 26 March to 2 May and from 7 to 27 October 2017:
AF864: leaves Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 10:10, arrives in Cape Town at 21:30;
AF871: leaves Cape Town at 23:35, arrives at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 11:15.

Flight schedule for the 2017 summer season (in local time) from 3 May to 8 October 2017:
AF864: leaves Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 9:40, arrives in Cape Town at 21:20;
AF871: leaves Cape Town at 23:20, arrives at Paris-Charles de Gaulle at 11:20.

Air France-KLM in South Africa

This winter, KLM offers its customers seven weekly flights between Amsterdam-Schiphol and Cape Town.

The group’s customers can also fly to Johannesburg on a daily flight operated by Air France from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and by KLM from Amsterdam-Schiphol.

Moreover, the group enjoys a code-share agreement with the South African airline kulula.com, therefore offering four other destinations in South Africa via Johannesburg or Cape Town: Durban, East London, George and Lanseria.
