Spyrou Philoxenia and Spyrou Hotels Attend the ‘100% Hotel Show 2016’ in Athens

100_hotel_show_spyrou_philoxeniaHoteliers and property owners had the chance to meet up and discuss with representatives of Spyrou Philoxenia and Spyrou Hotels at the fourth edition of the 100% Hotel Show that took place November 25 – 28 at the Mediterranean Exhibition Center (MEC) in Peania, eastern Attica.

The 100% Hotel Show is a Greek exhibition addressed especially to hoteliers and property owners and showcases services needed for them to stay ahead in today’s competitive landscape.

With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry starting from the island of Skopelos, Spyrou Hotels launched its hotel management company Spyrou Philoxenia to work with hotels on further enhancing their business and profit operations. Different levels of hotel management services are provided focusing on offering hoteliers with risk-free solutions based on their specific needs.

In addition to the hotels and properties on Skopelos, Spyrou Philoxenia’s portfolio has expanded and includes the Kaimak Inn in Kaimaktsalan in Central Macedonia; the Chania Palace and Chania Hotel in Pelion, Magnesia; and a new cooperation in Vytina – Mainalon in the Peloponnese.

Spyrou Philoxenia offers a range of hotel management solutions from full turnkey management to varying levels of consultancy services, loan and burden restructuring, marketing and sales, administrative and human resource solutions.

“We create partnerships with local guides and activity providers to offer guests a true holiday experience, whether it is a hiking package, rafting, skiing, cooking, etc. Holiday makers are making decisions based on experience which is what we are focusing on, thus creating awareness and improving sales for our affiliate member hotels”, Grigoras said.
