The bill of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks includes the restructure of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority and also establishes a civil aviation agency that will act as an overseer and deal with regulatory issues.

The approval of the bill was a prior action connected to Greece’s next loan tranche of 2.8 billion euros.
