AEGEAN Cancels Morning Flights to/from Istanbul on Wednesday, June 29
Following the opening of the Ataturk International Airport in Turkey, Greek carrier AEGEAN reinstated cancelled flights on June 29 as follows:
All Aegean Airlines morning flights to/from Istanbul were cancelled.
Rebooking/reissue fees are waived for ticket modifications and full refund will be granted in case of cancellation, for all passengers holding tickets to/from Istanbul with ticket issuance date on/before 28st of June, initial travel date on/before 6th of July 2016 and new travel date on/before 31st of July 2016.
AEGEAN had announced early Wednesday that all flights from/to Istanbul would be cancelled on Wednesday, June 29, due to the attack at Ataturk International Airport in Turkey. The airport was to remain closed until 20:00 local.
