Novotel Athenès is connecting clients with the latest in technology following an upgrade of its services now including everything from speedy Wi-Fi to a web corner complete with iMac computers providing video messaging, boarding pass and internet printing plus applications for every taste.

Other technology-focused changes include free access to cloud application Virtual Concierge providing free access to information in 18 languages about the hotel, Athens, and all available services.

For its “junior” guests, Novotel Athenès introduces Microsoft’s interactive “Play” table featuring 16 entertainment/knowledge games for children over two. Add to that the ultimate gaming experience: XBOX Kinect 360 and you have fun for the whole family on the spot.

Taking it a step further, Novotel Athenès has also launched its iWelcome Service for technology lovers wishing to book online. Though this service visitors can check in online two days prior to their stay and receive a welcome text on the day of their arrival, including confirmation and room details, the key and other useful information facilitating hotel access and services. What’s more, on arrival room keys are immediately delivered thus enabling visitors to avoid lengthy check-in procedures. The same applies to check-out.
