Minoan Lines Cancels Itineraries due to 4-day Strike by Greek Seamen

Minoan_Cruise_EuropaGreek ferry company Minoan Lines on Thursday announced the cancellation of the Heraklion – Piraeus and Patras – Igoumenitsa – Ancona routes due to the four-day strike called by the Panhellenic Seamen’s Association (PNO). PNO’s strike begins from Friday, May 6, at 6am and ends Tuesday, May 10, at 6am.

However, Friday’s (May 6) evening departure of the Cruise Europa on the Ancona – Igoumenitsa – Patras route will be performed as per standard schedule and depart from the port of Ancona at 16:30 (local time).

For further information regarding Minoan Lines’ scheduled departures, passengers are advised to contact their travel agent and Minoan Lines General or Premium Sales Agents.
