ReGeneration Internship Project to Back Greek Tourism
The six-month ReGeneration internship program kicks off for a third consecutive year in Greece, lending its support this year to the tourism sector.
Joining the ranks of the Greek Tourism Confederation’s InSETE, ReGeneration invites graduates from all disciplines interested in applying for internship placement in Greece. The goal is to provide the next generation of Greek employees with all the necessary competencies that will help them succeed in the future.
Meanwhile, tourism companies participating in the program will have the opportunity to boost their human dynamic and save resources otherwise spent on the selection process and training.
Of the 6,300 participants, 250 will make it to the final round following a thorough evaluation process including CV screening, online assessment tests, 60 hours of operational skills and 25 hours of volunteer work.
Graduates singled out for work in the tourism sector will be required to train an additional 16 hours through InSETE Training on issues related to the sector. For more information visit the site.
