Aegean Airlines Cancels All Flights to and from Brussels for Wednesday
In the wake of the attack at Brussels Airport in Belgium early Tuesday morning, Greek carrier Aegean Airlines has canceled all flights to and from Brussels for Wednesday, March 23.
Brussels closed its airport after the attack.
The airline said in a statement to its passengers that rebooking/reissue fees are waived for ticket modifications and full refund will be granted in case of cancellation, for all passengers holding tickets to/from Brussels with ticket issuance date on/before March 21, initial travel date on/before March 31 and new travel date on/before May 31.
Aegean flight A3620 which departed from Athens International Airport at 8:30 on Tuesday morning with Brussels Airport as its final destination, had landed at Dusseldorf airport.
