Greece’s Variety Cruises Wins in USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards
Variety Cruises was voted by the public as the “Best Boutique Cruise Line” in the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
A Greek owned company, Variety Cruises has since 1968 offered travelers the luxury and exclusivity of small ship cruise travel to unique destinations.
Variety Cruises competed against leading companies including Crystal Cruises, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, among others. 10Best local experts and editors picked the initial 20 nominees, based on the excellence of services offered and the choice of exotic destinations. The top 10 winners were determined by popular vote.
According to USA TODAY 10Best, the 10 winners for “Best Boutique Cruise Line” bring something extra to the cruising experience, whether it be small ships with attractive passenger-to-staff ratios, luxury amenities, unique on-board activities and excursions or all-inclusive fares.

With a fleet of 12 fully-owned 5- to 36-cabin vessels accommodating up to 72 guests, Variety Cruises offers 13 scheduled cruise itineraries for the 2015-2016 in Greece and the Greek Islands, the Adriatic Sea, Turkey, the Seychelles, Costa Rica and the Panama including a Panama Canal transit, Cuba, the Cape Verde archipelago and the Canary Islands.
