Greek carrier AEGEAN on Tuesday introduced the new service “My Bookings”, which allows users to save all upcoming bookings and view them easily under one section.
This service aims to facilitate users in viewing and servicing their upcoming bookings while offering the best possible experience to customers who increasingly use new technologies via smartphones and tablets.
The “My Bookings” service aims to offer users a tailored and personalized content experience and is available via the “My Aegean” section to registered users of aegeanair.com & Miles+Bonus members.
Users can click on “My Bookings” section and automatically view all their upcoming bookings. By selecting the desired trip and clicking “Manage Booking”, they will be redirected to the specific booking to proceed easily to further actions, if they wish so.
The new service is user-friendly and enables users to connect to their bookings via their personal profile, without typing their name or reservation code (Passenger Name Record).
“My Bookings” is functional through all digital devices (smartphones, tablets and desktops).
