HotelBrain, an independent company specializing in hotel development, management and consulting, will give tips to Greek hoteliers on how to increase their overall revenue and boost the sales of their restaurants and spas during a workshop to be held this Saturday, November 28, as part of the 100% Hotel Show.
The company’s vice president, Nikolas Haralampopoulos, will take the floor and provide hoteliers with insight on ways to strengthen the total profitability of their hotels through the correct operation of the Food & Beverage sections, as well as through the maximum usage of the spa facilities.
During the workshop, Mr Haralampopoulos will present ways for hoteliers to choose the most suitable type of restaurant according to the type of their hotel, pass on valuable advice for developing the most effective brand identity and inform on ways to strengthen the wellness character of an accommodation by increasing the demand and reliability of the spa facilities.
Hoteliers will learn all they need to know on upgrading their F&B and Spa sections, increasing the profit margins but also the quality of services. Also, effective ways to promote restaurants and spas to hotel visitors in order to increase sales will be revealed.
