Aldemar Group’s five-star Royal Mare Hotel, situated in Hersonissos, Crete, welcomed connoisseurs to a wine-tasting event earlier this month showcasing the finest varieties and organic vintages of the Paterianaki Estate.
As part of its ongoing efforts to tune in to the growing needs of its demanding customers, Aldemar Group joined forces with the Paterianaki Estate in an intoxicating event where much-loved Greek and Cretan varieties, among them the Assyrtiko, the Moschato Spinas and the Vidiano, took center stage.
Guests not only had the chance to sample the varieties but also to learn more about their production as well as gain insight on how to successfully pair the wines with inventive dishes prepared by the hotel’s chefs.
Especially active in the promotion of local culture through tourism, the Aldemar Group aims through diverse synergies to upgrade the tourist product by arranging events, happenings and activities that introduce the inquisitive visitor to the diversity of Greece’s offerings.
