Creta Maris Receives TripAdvisor 2015 Award, Completes Major Renovation Phase

The Creta Maris Beach Resort in Hersonissos, Crete, announced its selection as one of the top ranked hotels in Greece by TripAdvisor in the 2015 Travelers’ Choice awards. Creta Maris was ranked 6th on the list of TripAdvisor’s Top 25 Hotels in Greece.

TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice winners are based on millions of valuable reviews and opinions from real travelers around the world.

“The Travelers’ Choice 2015 award, alike all the awards the resort has managed to win over the years, is a major incentive for our continuous development and improvement of services”, the management of Creta Maris said in an announcement.

The TripAdvisor award came as Creta Maris recently wrapped up a major phase in a renovation project running since 2013. This year, the resort successfully completed the renovation of all Deluxe Main Building Rooms, as well as the main restaurant Cosmos.

Creta Maris has informed that its renovations are gradually taking their final form. Last year, all Deluxe Bungalows of the resort were refurbished.

Creta Maris Beach Resort is owned by Metaxas Group of Companies and has been operating since 1975. It has a capacity of 680 rooms, suites and bungalows, six restaurants, seven bars, seven swimming pools, a gym, spa and children’s club.
