The renovated Crystal Lounge restaurant of the Athens Ledra Hotel has opened its doors and is offering a touch of Italian flair to Athenians and visitors to the Greek capital.
The restaurant’s revamped menu, inspired and curated by the hotel’s executive chef, Kostas Nanos, combines Italy’s culinary traditions with Greek and Mediterranean flavors. The menu offers a wide range of selections of Italian dishes such as apaki Bruschetta with cheese and olive oil from Crete, Risotto with wild mushrooms and truffle oil, Rib-Eye Tagliata with baby arugula, parmesan and flavored olive oil.
The chef’s creations are included in a three-course menu: soup or salad, main course and dessert. For a Sunday lunch, the Crystal Lounge’s menu includes tapas and pasta.
The Crystal Lounge is open daily from 10:30am, for those looking for a quick espresso and snacks, and welcomes visitors during the day for lunch or dinner until midnight on weekdays and 12:30am on weekends.
