Following the presentation of a recent study that focused on the profile of Nordic travelers, North Events said it is aiming to attract tourists to Greece that belong to the younger generation and seek unique experiences during their travels.

Through the presentation of alternative tourism in Greece, the fair’s organizer sees an opportunity to help extend the tourism season in less developed Greek destinations. Meetings with Swedish travel agencies that specialize in alternative tourism packages are expected to be scheduled so to cultivate partnerships for the upcoming tourism season in Greece.

Grekland Panorama 2015 will take place at Ericsson Globe, the world’s largest spherical building, which covers a total area of 4,200 square meters. Some 10,000 visitors are expected to attend the fair.

The fair will take place from Friday 13 February to Sunday 15 February 2015 and be open to the public with free admission on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 6pm.
