Airlines Extend Flight Schedules To Destinations In Greece
Foreign airline companies that operate summer seasonal flights to Greece are extending their schedules through November due to high demand. Seasonal flights usually stop in late October or early November.
According to Greek tourism news site Omorfa Taxidia, Crete, Santorini and Kalamata are the destinations that will benefit from these flight schedule extensions.
From Crete, Easyjet will continue flights to London-Gatwick, twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, until 29 November; Germanwings will continue direct flights to Cologne and Stuttgart on Saturdays until 29 November; and Niki (also known as flyNiki) will continue to fly from Vienna every Monday and Friday until 21 November.
Also from Crete, Condor will continue its flights from Germany as scheduled until mid November.
Since Costa Navarino in Messinia continues to attract tourists, Niki will continue flights from Vienna to Kalamata every Thursday and Sunday until 30 November. Also, Greek carrier Aegean Airlines will continue flights connecting Kalamata to Munich every Sunday and to Dusseldorf every Saturday until the end of November.
Niki will also continue flights from Vienna to Santorini, every Friday until 21 November.
