Sabre Appoints Pantelis Konstantaras Head Of Sales In Greece

Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a global provider of technology to the travel and tourism industry, has appointed Pantelis Konstantaras as head of sales for Sabre Travel Network in Greece.

In this role, Mr. Konstantaras will be responsible for increasing Sabre’s presence in the country and direct all sales efforts in Greek travel agencies. He will also provide ongoing technological knowledge and value to travel agencies that are customers of Sabre. Mr. Konstantaras previously held the position of senior sales executive at Sabre.

“Mr. Konstantaras assumes his new position having over 22 years of experience in the travel industry and a long history in helping travel agents be successful in today’s highly competitive market,” said Stephane Aita, vice president of Sabre Travel Network for Western Europe.

“He is a leading figure in the trade sector, has a passion for technology and the ability to assist agencies utilize their technological means as much as possible. He will help spearhead our business in Greece and focus on accelerating growth in this country,” Mr. Aita added.

Mr. Konstantaras will be based in Greece and replace Roberto Grande, who has departed to take on new tasks outside of Sabre.
