Novotel Athenes Officially Receives “Accessibility Pass”
Novotel Athenes has officially received the “Accessibility Pass” and is now certified to cater to guests that have hearing, visual and cognitive disabilities.
“Accessibility Pass” is a global certification scheme that classifies hotels’ and conference centers’ accessibility level, based on their infrastructure, services and personnel skills.
The Novotel hotel is located in central Athens and caters every day to hundreds of tourists traveling from all over the world to visit the Greek capital.
“This certification is particularly important for us because it exactly reflects the philosophy of genuine Greek hospitality that knows no boundaries or prejudices,” said Evripidis Tzikas, General Manager of Novotel Athens.
The hotel has been granted the following labels:
- Hearing accessibility
- Visual accessibility
- Cognitive accessibility
The “Accessibility Pass” ranking of hotels for their infrastructure and services is carried out based on objective on-site audit findings, recorded by authorized auditors.
