Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel & Spa on Kos Island, Greece, will hold a “Poolside Food & Cocktail Party” on Saturday 12 July and promises its guests a series of imaginative Greek dishes with Japanese influences that are expected to thrill the palates.

The concept menu will be created especially for the evening by Execitive Chef Stamatis Marmarinos and each dish will be paired with a distinctive cocktail prepared by Bartender of the Year 2014 Teo Spyropoulos.
