On Thursday 22 May, the Malabar Restaurant, at The Margi in the Vouliagmeni neighborhood, will open its doors for the summer to offer flavor-tripping experiences and unforgettable evenings on the Athenian Riviera.
The Malabar’s menu is sure to fascinate this summer. Once again, chef Panagiotis Giakalis promises to take all on a journey full of Greek and Mediterranean flavors with his dishes such as the Carbonara di mare and chicken crusted prosciuto, maki from melon and basmati rice cooked in coconut milk.
Also, mixologist Konstantinos Basis will have many cocktail suggestions such as the “The Margi 50” with tropical fruit, rasberry infused vodka and lemon foam and the special “Clockwork Orange” with Tanqueray gin, mint, pink grapefruit and orange bitter.
