Major Tourism Investments On Greek Islands Get The Go-Ahead
The Greek Environment Ministry recently gave its approval for the creation of two major tourism resorts on the islands of Milos and Kea in Greece.
The investment on Milos is of Axsite company and refers to the construction of a tourism resort with a total capacity of 216 beds in the area of Ammoudaraki.
The resort will include a five-star hotel unit, holiday homes and a spa center. The 100-million-investment is expected to create 200 new job positions.
In regards to the investment on Kea, a tourism resort with a total capacity of 230 beds in the area of Vroskopos will be created. The investment of 60 million euros will be carried out by companies Therissos Hills and Special Purpose 24 of Dolphin Capital Investors and include a five-star hotel unit (the second Aman resort in Greece), holiday homes, a 100-person thalassotherapy center and a diving center.
The project is expected to create some 500 new job positions during the construction and operation of the resort.
Both investments will include supporting projects for the creation of private parking areas, swimming pools and sport facilities.
