The culinary team of Aldemar Hotels Group recently served “Greece on a Dish” from the stand of the Greek National Tourism Organization at the tourism and leisure fair Vakantiebeurs 2014 in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Vakantiebeurs 2014 was held 15-19 January at the Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs Exhibition & Convention Center.
“Greece on a Dish” is an initiative of Aldemar that aims to highlight Greek cuisine in both Greece and abroad. At Vakantiebeurs, Aldemar’s chef George Hatzopoulos cooked for professionals and visitors every day of the fair.
Aldemar’s appearance at the Vakantiebeurs tourism fair was the start of a series of extrovert initiatives planned for 2014 to spread Greece’s rich potential.
“Aldemar supports the culinary identity of Greek tourism with every initiative, either through that of Greece on a Dish or that of Sympossio,” the vice president of Aldemar, Alexandros Angelopoulos, said.
Traveling in Western and Eastern Europe for the fifth year, the “Sympossio” aims to promote Greece’s products and gastronomic culture, along with a positive image of the country.
