Tourism Ministry Announces Terms For Operation Of Tourist Villas, Holiday Homes In Greece

Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni today, 29 November, signed a ministerial decision concerning the terms and conditions for the operation of tourist villas and holiday homes in Greece. The decision will be published in the Government Gazette in the coming days.

The decision sets out the documentation requirements for the special seal that is necessary for the legal operation of such establishments. The special seal should take no more than 10 days to be issued to interested parties (owners and entrepreneurs).
