Technology giant Amadeus is set to reveal what it sees as the key drivers for the future of travel at the World Travel Market (WTM) 2013, the leading global event for the travel industry, that will open its doors on Monday 4 November at ExCeL, London exhibition center.
All eyes – and ears – will be on Amadeus’ key presentation when it takes the headline slot in the Travel Technology Theatre conference program.
The global distribution system supplier and IT provider is the official WTM partner of the Travel Tech Showat WTM.
As part of the partnership, Amadeus and the Travel Tech Show at WTM will host four round table discussions on travel technology-related subject throughout the coming year, with a White Paper produced for each event.
A comprehensive white paper of the four events will be unveiled during the headline slot.
Exact details remain a closely guarded secret, but Amadeus managing director Diane Bouzebiba said: “It is vital that all stakeholders evolve to provide a superior service for 21st century travelers.
“This means adapting to a more customer-centric approach that reduces stress from the initial travel search right through to in-journey information services. Amadeus is committed to helping all stakeholders succeed in travel,” she said.
