Sofitel Launches “French Wine Week” To Celebrate The Harvest
Sofitel Luxury Hotels will hold the “Sofitel French Wine Week” in all of its 120 hotels worldwide, as part of its international wine program that launched earlier this year*.
The week of 23-30 September 2013 will be entirely dedicated to French wines in celebration of the harvest that traditionally takes place in the northern hemisphere in September. Sofitel will offer a wide range of French wines à la carte, including: Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Languedoc, Loire, Rhône and more.
Wines by the glass, events, tastings, happy hours…
From New York to Mumbai, from Rio to London, from Shanghai to Paris, from Vienna to Los Angeles… The French Wine Week offers a unique opportunity for Sofitel’s customers to discover the famous French Art de Vivre that Sofitel has made itself the most ardent ambassador of.
In Athens, Greece, the “Sofitel French Wine Week” will take place at Sofitel Athens Airport Hotel.
This recognition of French wine-growers and their wines, fits perfectly well with the company’s strategy to increase the number of cultural and gastronomic events in its hotels.
By always championing French elegance, Sofitel highlights the best from the culture of each country, and the “Sofitel French Wine Week” naturally fits in with this approach. French wines, which belong to the national cultural heritage, will celebrate the harvest with Sofitel: the only international French luxury hotel brand.
* The Sofitel Wine Program launched at the start of the year with an exclusive selection of French “Coup de Coeur” (favorite) wines chosen by Bettane & Desseauve in 25 Sofitel hotels around the world.
