Goldair Cargo Honored As Best Developing SME Business

Goldair Cargo was honored this year as the Best Developing SME Business in Greece at the “ACCI 2013 Awards” of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) held recently at the Athens Concert Hall.
“This important distinction from the ACCI is a recognition and reward to the efforts and results of our business, which confirms that with careful and healthy development, a business can survive even under the most difficult circumstances, like the ones the economy of our country is going through,” the vice president and CEO of Goldair Cargo and executive vice president of Goldair Group, Kallinikos Kallinikos, said.
Goldair cargo SA, a member of Goldair Group, is an international freight forwarding and 3PL logistics company.
The company was founded in 1987 and today has 75,000 sq.m. storage spaces and manages some 35 million pieces of cargo annually and delivers throughout Greece and neighboring countries including Cyprus.
During the last decade, Goldair Cargo increased its turnover by 500 percent reaching 48 million euros in 2012 while total equity increased by 780 percent.
