Cyprus Airways Announces Route Suspensions, Other Changes

Cyprus Airways recently announced changes to its flight schedule in Greece within the framework of a restructuring plan that includes measures aimed towards the airline’s recovery. The changes will take effect from 1 July 2013.
Domestic Routes
From 1 July 2013 the following routes will be suspended:
- Athens-Thessaloniki-Athens
- Athens-Heraklion-Athens
- Athens-Rhodes-Athens
From 1 July 2013 alterations will be made to the following routes:
- Thessaloniki-Heraklion-Thessaloniki: six flights per week (daily except Tuesday)
- Thessaloniki-Rhodes-Thessaloniki: three flights per week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
- Heraklion-Rhodes-Heraklion: three flights per week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
International Routes
- Athens-Larnaca-Athens: three flights daily
- Thessaloniki-Larnaca-Thessaloniki: six flights per week (daily except Tuesday)
- Heraklion-Larnaca-Heraklion: three flights per week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)
