The Margi at Vouliagmeni promises Athenians and guests to the city unique summer nights this year at the hotel’s popular restaurant Malabar.
This summer, Malabar promises a completely revamped menu by Chef Panagiotis Giakalis known for his creations at the Margi’s bakù restaurant in the winter.
The restaurant has many selections from international cuisine and invites guests to try out the risotto lemon over shrimp carpaccio and the avocado and salmon roll with guacamole and soy. All at affordable prices.
The restaurant has been renovated by architect and co-owner Giagos Agiostratitis and is intended to become a city hotspot this summer.
Malabar opens on Friday 17 May.
