Tourism Minister Welcomes Past Eurovision Winners In Athens
Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni, today, Monday, 18 February, accompanied a group of past Eurovision song contest winners during a tour of the National Archaeological Museum in Athens.
“We are here at the National Archaeological Museum to show major artists from across Europe the great culture of our country,” the tourism minister said.
The popular artists toured the exhibits and were informed in regards to the great history of Greece and the vast cultural heritage of the country that annually attracts visitors from all over the world.
“With this tour we want to say that Greece has unlimited sources of beauty. Greece and Athens is a welcoming country that all Europeans should visit and learn,” Mrs. Kefalogianni said after the tour.
