Greece And Israel To Strengthen Tourism Relations
Greek Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni will make an official visit to Israel this week to strengthen cooperation in areas of tourism.
According to a press release, on Wednesday, 6 February, Mrs. Kefalogianni will be accepted by Israeli President Shimon Peres.
On Tuesday, 5 February, the tourism minister will meet with her Israeli counterpart Stas Misezhnikov in Tel Aviv to discuss tourism cooperation between the two countries.
The same day, Mrs. Kefalogianni will visit the Patriarchate of Jerusalem where she will be received by His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem.
She will also meet with the Palestinian Minister for Tourism Rula Maayah in Bethlehem.
During her two-day stay in Israel, the tourism minister will attend scheduled meetings with Israeli tour operators and give interviews to the media.
