An undisclosed German firm is the new owner of the luxury Capsis Hotel Rhodes, the Greek press said recently. The Capsis hotel was sold for 42 million euros.
The hotel consists of 694 rooms with 1288 beds, luxury executive rooms, suites and a VIP floor with 40 suites and a VIP lounge.
In November 2011, the hotel was returned to its original owner Eurobank as the Capsis family, who had undertaken the management, was facing liquidity problems.
